Application and Acceptance Policies

To apply for any listed course, or to inquire as to further options, please contact the instructor and request an application form: laurel.tree.tutorials@gmail.com. You will receive it via e-mail, and upon completion and return, your child will be considered for registration.

Payment and Refund Policies

Pending acceptance, your child will be entered into the official class roster. To secure his or her spot in the class, please send appropriate payment via check within one month of acceptance. Check should be made out to "Rebekah Wilhelm." Instructor's mailing address will be provided upon your student's acceptance.

Sudents who live overseas, or families who prefer online transactions to checks, may also pay Laurel Tree Tutorials through PayPal.

Should you need to withdraw from a year-long group class or individual tutorial, the refund policy is as follows:

Withdrawal on/before Sept 30, 2009: 50% refund

Withdrawal on/before Oct 31, 2009: 25% refund

No refund after Nov 1, 2009

There are no refunds available for summer courses, whether group classes or individual tutorials.
